Life is chaos. The journey is full of twists and turns the defy logic, management, and anticipation. The results of disease, accidents, decisions for self, conflicts of all kinds, and justice extract a price that one can see in the soul, body, and mind. The outcome is seen by thought around us in ways we rarely anticipate. Others see the poor judgment coming through in our actions. Families pay the price for decisions that one member makes out of community and exclusively for ego. Justice radically alters the landscape and everyone in the scene. Disease and conflict permanently alter the shape of who we are. Everything in our symmetry is shaped and molder by these events, choices, and actions. At the end of the day nothing is as it was created. We are a random mess.
Along comes God and those in his camp. His angel measures “the City with the measuring stick: twelve thousand stadia, its length, width, and height all equal.” (Revelation 21.16) The outcome is in perfect symmetry. God himself restores the bodies and minds of those expressing a desire for the gift God offers each freely. This restoration brings symmetry to our souls, minds, and physical bodies. The outcome is incredibly beautiful, awesome, and mind boggling. Compassion and grace make the combination extremely powerful. The perfect symmetry of God’s work will, I believe, bring tears of joy, humility, and wonder. We will have a city, a home in which we dwell, and a relation with God in perfect balance. Balance between all with one and one with all.
In the time that we exist until these dates it will be a mix of hell and work. Beauty will be fleeting and scarce. One should treasure it when one can. Relationships will be fragile. Friendships fill with compassion are priceless! Obstacles, road blocks, and potholes will be the norm.
I encourage you to see life for what it is; difficult yes but full of God’s grace, compassion, and extended offer of eternal symmetry and relationship with Divinity. Seize the day and the moment
