The stress and uncertainty continues to build. Trusted partners are not delivering their sides of the bargain. Allies seem to disappear when they are most needed. Even those that you have come to trust seem to be falling short of their footsteps. As the dark storms roll in from the east, everything seems to be part of an unfolding wave of darkness.
Individually, each observation and incident can be explained and put into context. I do not think any one of them rises to a level that should raise one’s concerns however when combined, one should never underestimate the force of their collective impact.
As I consider the journeys of those around me, there is little in what I see and hear that leads me to think that my experience is unique. Embrace hope. Comforting words, expressions of beauty are forms of hope. There are many more to be found, savoured, and consumed.
